Using our online shop

All books from our publishing programme – as well as the collectors’ editions – can be bought through our online shop.

You can order directly on the homepage (see shopping basket); invoicing and delivery is carried out via our distributor SVK Stuttgart Verlagskontor (orders from Switzerland will be dispatched by OLF, Fribourg). All other orders from abroad will be sent via the nearest available distributor.

Please note:

Our online shop is available to customers who are legally eligible i.e. generally at least 18 years of age.

Order procedure

Once you have clicked on the button ‘shopping basket’ – at your selected book – you are able to place either one or several books into your shopping basket. When you are finished you will be shown an overview of your order, a total amount (including 7% VAT) and the delivery status of each book. The delivery charges will also be listed (free postage within Germany).Enter the number of items you require; the default amount is ‘1’. You are able to delete a book or amend the amount required at any time in the shopping basket. In order to finish the transaction please fill in the invoice address (and delivery address if different) and your preferred method of payment.

Orders of collectors’ editions will be passed directly on to ARNOLDSCHE where they will be dispatched.

Amendments

Before you send the complete order (as a secure email) you have the opportunity to recheck and/or correct it. The transmission of data is encrypted through an SSL server for your security

Order acknowledgement

Only if your book is not available for delivery will you receive an acknowledgement, in which you will be informed of the expected delivery date.
