1. Eliciting and and processing of data
Every pageview on our website and all retrieval of information deposited on our website is logged. This serves for internal system-oriented and statistical purposes. Items logged are: Name of the retrieved data, date and time of retrieval, transferred data, report on successful retrieval, web browser and domain used. The IP addresses of the computer being used will also be logged. Further individual personal information will be registered only when you voluntarily provide information during enquiries or registration.
2. Use and disclosure of personal information
Personal information will only be used to answer enquiries, process contracts and for technical administration, provided that you have made this available to us. Your personal information will be imparted or forwarded to third parties – in particular the passing on of order information to distributors – only when it is necessary for the purpose of concluding contracts, for the purpose of invoicing or if you have previously given consent. You have the right to revoke any given consent, in respect of all future interactions, at any time. Your personal data will be deleted once you revoke your consent to information being saved, when the purpose for saving your data is no longer necessary or when your stored data is unauthorised for other legal reasons.
